and today I received a call asking if I wanted to join the latest PP. Now why would I do that with the treatment of the investors by these guys. The last pp I participated in was a pack of bullshit. I'm tired of spending money to pay debt and not create product and make money. Keep us better informed, exexcute finally and then ask

Nobody called you asking for pocket change. This private placement is a non-brokered PP.  Which means the company has already secured funding from insiders.   Now you're going to start making things up because Larry stopped responding to your emails. Take a hint.

by the way, the last deal was a non-brokered PP, just like this one and I participated, as did numerous other investors. over 210,000 shares and the same number of warrants.

Atlantic is the distributor and likely the supplier to TWM. It makes sense they would send you to a retailer they supply.All conjecture on my part. I'm sure if you called Emergent they would send you to their retailers for product

Wrong!  TWM has their own in house direct delivery trucks. we make the product at Canoga  and get them shipped to their fulfillment warehouses. That's why we've been using TWM only because we couldn't afford to pay a distributor on our tight budget.  It seems even now that TNY is to cheap to pay for much. Even after the November raise we still have zero contracts
