PP closing

Rumour has it that the PP could close by week's end however we were told the same thing ater the last 1 and it stretched on for 3 more weeks.

I did speak with Ted about participating but I will not join in. I did relay investors anger over lack of news and he did say that will change. We'll see.

With the closing, it opens up the news channel so hopefully we hear of an new contracts and get an update on releasing HD9. I think it's in production but video proof is needed to confirm.

Haha!  Absolute zero chance this closes this week. ZERO!     You'd think he'd want to write something different on the July monthly form 7 report and actually get it closed in July.  But not Ted. He's to tired to push for anything. Financing is done but he'll just wait some more. What does he care?  This is a part-time/hobby for him. Absolutely no sense

Take this for what it's worth but Ted mentioned that regualations for bevies in Cali changed last year and now it is legal to produce all our drinks at Delta. It does make sense that this is true because it makes no sense a large producer would put their licenses in jeopardy

Thought you'd learn by now. Ted is a liar. Just go back and listen to the November 2023 investor call. Ted has no credibility.  Misleading investors is what he does.  Funeral.  Even if they came out and said they are going national with the product, they mislead investors and there should/will be consequences for his lies. When you no longer trust the people running the company, unfortunately that is the beginning of the end.... for all companies. And the recent bad business activities by TNY has brought this upon them. No explanations, no reasons, no rational....just lies  Sorry but that's where we are...
