....the form 9 shows all the directors that participated in this raise then who purchased the remaining 
64,806,855 shares and spent $2.333.046.78 in doing so?  Schwartz?  Lol.   Definitely not retail investors. 17.7% of the company.

This person/business has to be in the know....kinda like all our directors. So I'm going to take a guess that either Emergent Beverages or a big name distributor has taken a big chunk out of us!!!  "On or around August 5....." well here we are still waiting for pp to close. Some things never change even with a new CEO!!  Larry you there?  You should be ashamed. ...more
