"The Company continues to pursue active discussions with an increasing number of distributors to expand the brand footprint across key markets inthe US."

They've been saying this now for 6 months on the Form 7's. Yet not one distributor has been announced... I believe it is going to be one full swoop of all AB regional distributors signing contracts to carry our brand..

I still think Emergent Beverages is a play here.

I don't think they are going to have any other distribution deals to announce.  They are having a hard time driving sales and product in the places where they are. But it looks good in the monthly if they keep saying it. Can't tell me in 6 months they couldn't have gotten a chain of 10 7-11s to stock the drink, at least.

You may be correct.  I'm just looking at the signs and it's all pointing to a national rollout of Beckett's. I could be wrong. But... They've done not 1 but 2 raises...most were insider participants. The monies I'm thinking is not only for product but for marketing, sales and distribution.  They've eliminated all debt AND are saving 2 million a year from ...more
