I don't see any news. Results must be very good. New highs. High volume.

Beluga, TOC just pushed a new high, that is always a good sign. There is likely several moving parts behind the scenes that we know nothing about. Good share structure and a good property (Pilar). I suspect at some point there needs to be a financing, but the good part is if the results are good, the financing can occur at higher prices, thus less dilution.
