Prior to past moves higher we've had a significant pullback first. I suspect that's what's happening today. Once the weak hands are shaken out we should bounce back strong and start to move higher as a there's plenty of good things happening with this company. Just need to close the pp and and get the drills turning again.

GutterGuy...... I agree 100%, but I am not sure there are many weak hands in TOC otherwise there would have been a lot more selling during the past several weeks. I believe the rapid push out of stock yesterday, that basically filled every bid all the way down to $0.69, was due to other reasons.
