Information to participate in Tocvan's private placement

For those that might want to participate in the private placement as an individual, here is a direct link to the singing documents.

There is a lot to read and many sections that don't apply to you.

First, fill out first page, i.e. Subsription for Units

Secnd, fill out sections 1, 2, 3, and 4, on page 4.

Then you need to scroll down to page #46 Schedule E and fill out the “existing security holder” certificate. Fill out and sign, signature as INDIVIDUAL.

The information to send money is on page 3. Canada Post is on strike, the easiest and cheapest way I found is to transfer money using a bank draft. You could also wire money at the bank or send a cheque through Fedex.
