This is one deal i am stoked on if they move forward. insulates revenue on paper... Today is a red day.  if you rememeber monday, 8-% 20 cents.  we havent even given half of that back so in my mind we are looking good.  BC still booing with his trees...another round of oatmeals fine gent?

yes ...good point and that should keep the shorters at bay......price will spike when that closes....I have a feeling that there will also be more news shortly before Christmas more developments....
