Not to get too techincal and into the nuance but if you added up every minnute in posts and reads you would get to under an hour which in theory is a lunchbreak... However, with levels of seniority, tenure and skill/ability to goalset and juggle multitasks at once, this is a non-factor. HR professional you are NOT!
