Yes EOD means close, unless you put the word "by" in front of it, in which case it means at any point up to close.  But thats ok, I know sometimes you use your own custom definitions of words, like all the times that you would post that this keeps going down every day.   You have different defintions of words "keeps" and "every".  But I know
