If you check the stats you will find that share price of a stock almost always drops to pp or bought deal price when it is announced.   Or very close to the deal price.   Fact that TRIP is barely in red is yet another very bullish sign.  If it closes flat today that is major victory.

Thats right!  Elon Musk is one of the greatest humans to have ever lived.   And one of the greatest things about him is that he burned so many shorts so badly.    Because there is nothing quite as satisfying as watching shorts burn.
