I was so happy when I learned about this legal precedent because my frustration with you and your evil clown posse has been mounting for a while.  Next time I see you post defamatory comments about a company like I have seen you do hundreds of times, I now know precisely what legal action can be taken against you.  I'm not going to go back down memory lane and take action against what you have done in the past, becasue frankly I have made so much money buying the stocks you were bashing that if anything I should probably be sending you flowers.  But that doesn't change the fact that there were probably people that lost money because they did listen to you.  So going forward, instead of flowers, you will be receiving a legal notice.  I was especially happy to read that notice of legal action can be sent to someone's pseudonym emal.  I thought you had to get court order first and get a court order to find out who the person behind the clown suit was.  But now I know that I don't have to do that, and that  legal action can be emailed directly to your stockhouse account.   Probably won't be me doing it though, it will be the legal counsel of the company after I forward this article and your posting history.  Unless I discover (I would still have to research) that I can also take legal action as a shareholder.  So this is your last warning.  You have not heeded any of my previous ones.

I am glad you see this as I do, I go one further and say shorting has become untenable because of the surge of individual retail investors and the growing use of instant communication between those investors. Evolution is good, it's adaptation, but a stock can fall much easier now with a few words that are usually defamatory. It is so monumentally unethical, betting on someone's failure

I couldn't agree more traderjack.    I have bootstrapped several companies with very little capital to start, and unless someone has done that they will never know what blood, sweat and tears goes into that. I worked 20 hours a day, 7 day a week, for countless years. And then to have some evil clown online trying to tear down your company so that their gang of predatory short

Do you not think that this was simply a marketing exercise by deep pocked hedge funds?  The market segment has been established. Factor Analysis identifies key determinents of the segment: typically, under 30, male, aggressive, impulsive, but under or not employed at the level they believe they at. In short, disgruntled and ready to blame someone, an entity. Success! Hedge Fund Managers

I don't know.  But I would guess that some rival hedge funds found ways to profit from ther rival hedge funds misfortunes, and maybe helped things along in any way they could.
