Get things done

I'm curious to see what Maj. G. Cowan can get done. I personally think Todd needs some additional people to work through these deals, he's getting a little to thinly spread. If we are going to grow, it's time to add some staff into the mix. We have surpassed the small start up model.

The fact that we didn't get the news we were expecting today took a little wind out of my sails. I spent all weekend looking forward to the SR news and nothing.... I'm a little new to the investing world so I was wondering if this was something that happenned a lot.

I am with you Huge miss imo. Noone speaking to it bc they want to keep the board positive and not raise flags. Objective is good, especially after being called pumper for so long haha. Really bad to post in md&a, miss milestones and not even address it. I will them until tomorrow to relesse an nr before i take other actions to gain the info. Looks like not completed and loi to be extended on a ...more

InvestABC, this won't be the second time for extending SR's LOI. This about number 4 dated back to the end of December. Check back in MD&As further back. I've been here since single digits, but we stand where we are due to lack of execution on deals and some bad market timing. While your reading those MD&As, check out how the first crop was harvested! We only got 70k of the ...more

I believe the latest written from TRIP on this was that the SR deal should be finalized by March 7th.  So let's hope that happens this week.  I'm not that worried about them only getting 70% out of the first harvest.  Could be a lot of reasons for that.  Something we could ask Todd though.  I'm more interested in when we we monetize the current 1 mil gram ...more

Keep in mind they only lost 15% on their first ever batch. Not concerned about that as long as they learned as to why.  They kept 15% as well for testing etc

Right good point.

Did anyone hear why it didn't pan out and give a full 100k crop? I'm not bashing just wish they were a bit more transparent with the fine details or they're deals, and harvest.

Unless I'm mistaken that was their first crop/harvest.  Let's not go overboard because of the % they lost. Call it a learning experience, trial & error.
Comment by Viguys on Mar 08, 2021 9:55pm
Exactly.  For a first run I would imagine a loss would be assumed anyway  I have no real concerns on this matter.  And I think the 15% loss was due to spoilage during the packaging phase.

Yes correct on all accounts.  More deferences than I noted is true.  The margin for error on the grow I am not concerned about, but the pletora of deals and initiatives at once are what i have my eye on. No scope creep yet, but now is the time to close out and stick to milestones.. Lets do this... such great prospects, maximum faith they come to fruition. Todd has great support, and ...more

I wouldn't call it a huge miss.  They chose March 7th as final date, which is odd that they chose a Sunday.  I think if they get that finalized this week we are in good shape.
