Aussie View Point + Transaction Schedule

So...

CPH and Red Light Holland prices may change from day-to-day but because the deal ratios are fixed, as TRIP shares rise or as CPH shares fall, it's a better deal for CPH holders, and vice versa ... one hopes it's not a race to the bottom with the only winner being EverBlu Capital.

They'll earn 2 million CPH shares if the deal is implemented (i.e. ~ between A$330k and A$400k) and an A$3.25M share based transaction fee... (caveat: the corporate advisor is also on the CPH board which reduces oversight, checks, and balances on corporate and deal fees).

is that not called a non-arms length relationship? Are they conflicts of interest at play? Good for the insiders at the expense of shareholders and the public? How does that fit into the good guy, transparent guy image that the CEO of TRIP is trying to cultivate? Just marketing, spin?
