CRESO Shareholders Would Revolt If...

CESO shareholders would be at the gates with torches if TRIP were to drop more. 

After paying a premium for TRIP shares, and then to see those shares drop in value by 25% would be a merger/takeover deal breaker... so which company is going to prop up the price? Or is this a scam to reopen negotiations and a reduced offer?

If this deal and these companies are legit, they'd better straighten themselves out.

I think you will find that this deall will go through regardless of TRIP sp currently being lower than at deal announcement.  In these situations, they almost always do.   It is really more about the ratio, and the premium paid at time of announcement, than the current share price.   Just last month I went through exact same situation recently with FIRE when WEED bought ...more
