Great move by todd creso will be busy in a year.

Creso was paying a big premium but their company is not focused  and will be bust in a year. Trip has 30 million bucks. They have a great path. Nobody makes money in cbd. So many companies have blown hundreds of millions going into the cbd market. Truffles and psychedelics will grow.  This stock finally doesn't have a cap and isn't trading based on creso's declining shares price. Great job todd

I'm actually happy that this deal didn't come together.  Wasn't super excited about the massive share dilution and possible 3 or 4 for 1 roll back of my share count. Sure Creso was starting to get traction and bring in revenues but I wasn't a fan of their constant need for further cash.  I think Todd made the right decision on this one. JMHO

I've got mixed feelings.   Overall I thought it was good move but yeah some downsides.   I'm really happy they are keeping Daniel.
