The sector is going to pick up again but the recreational side will still be years away from taking off. Ketamine and MDMA are the closest to the money followed by DMT then psilocybin. Can they have Mera crank out enough product to start feeding trials? There's a piece missing here - what is it?

Also, weather is getting colder here in Toronto...I don't want to see Todd on effing vacation in the islands while the share price is in the sh*tter. Call it a business expense or whatever you like; it's poor form. Needs to focus and leverage the coming wave...not looking at the waves from the beach.

Not sure if anyone noticed but the share price has been plummeting ever since that debacle.  Have you noticed how Bruce is not promoting the stock anymore?. I have not seen him for awhile. He was an advisor at Creso and Red Light. This disaster, embarrassed him. Their feeble excuses about Covid

I saw Creso as a great addition in theory...numbers may have said otherwise but this is the kind of company they need. They can keep branding and f*cking around with pretty labels but it won't drive this. People are making a lot of money selling mushrooms...they are readily availble cheaply and in nice wrapping on any major MOM site or grey market dispensaries. With the focus on the benefits

Revenue will keep increasing at very good clip with their sales of shroom harvests plus retail sales of product, plus sales from SR wholesale (all of agove should also increase as travel restrictions are relaxed) plus sales from the legal shrooms like Happy Caps and Acadian.

It is hard to know what the real reason is that the Creso deal fell through but safe assumption that it boiled down to disagreements over who at each company was going to get what and what would that cost them.  I felt that the deal was overall positive in terms of giving them scale but there were the concerns of such large dilution and increased cash burn.  But I don't know that

Bruce was the adivsor to both firms. It was he that thought up and advanced the deal. Todd said as much in an earlier interview. So of course, Bruce is the one with egg on his face. My concern is that he slowly back away from Red Light to pursue his other numerous interests.  Many of the large shareholders are here because of his leadership. I'm not entirely sure that Bruce initially being behind the deal means he is the one with egg on his face.  Sometimes mergers just don't work out.  He has financial interest in TRIP and I think he likes working with Todd so I don't see him backing out.  In regards to market losing trust in management i don't know that this is necessarily true either.  I remember

Hello Sam Thanks for your reply. Your right,  all mergers don't work out. However, the majority of those are after they a merged company. This one was called off before they even merged. That is unsual and demonstrates a lack of due diligence on both parties. In other words, don't make announcements and promote the merger for months and a few weeks before call it off. This does not

The upside to the drug market far surpasses the recreational - I wouldn't see the benefit for a MMED or similar to owning TRIP. Though I'd love to see it...the way things are going right now. If RLH is going to be aquiring more companies, they need to do better than sh*tty mushroom farms and other meh deals. Talk of buy REZN...please don't...get something with REAL value!!!
