Writing is on the wall, todays dip was just nervousness seeing the selloff in LPs. MSO's will have free reign in USA for some time to come.

That 25% Tax is outrageous! It's not supposed to be until 5 years increasing each year. But this will quite possibly fuel the black market. All I know is I thought this legislation would cause my cannabis stocks to skyrocket today. They started out really good and then they plummeted! A big part of the movement to legalize is social justice and reform,, these programs are to be funded by the taxes collected from MJ business. This rate is to increse gradually to 25% over several years based on revenue. Regular tax rates for large caps probably sits around 15% depending on where you operate so they are looking at an eventual 10% increase to that over time. Considering MSO's ...more
