Jackson is the problem

The problem here isn't Galarza, Stephenson, or the tech.  Its Anthony Jackson remaining as the CFO.  As long as anyone tied to Bridgemark is still associated, people will be scared away.  Retail as well as Institutions.  I've tried to contact the company almost a dozen times via email, phone, etc.  So far cannot get in contact with anyone.  Indeed, if you call the phone number as it is listed, it goes right to Bridgemark.  You just have to wonder what the CEO, CTO and Chairman are doing about finding a new CFO.  As I said, until that happens, I think we are (for the time being) screwed.  Indeed, I would ask my fellow share holders to join me in demanding answers.

Ill reply to that.  One thing Ive learned about stocks, PP's and Accreddited investors.  The demands of the rich are heard.. So that said.. when the PP was originally 3.5m and ended up tripling to 10m. One of the executing conditions/demands could of been to remove this CFO.  And you know something.. they didnt request it... that was the time to do so...   you think

You are clearly correct regarding the PP, ie. demands.  However, at that time what is now known, publically anyway, about the Bridgemark people wasn't, so I don't believe that is a entirely accurate.  Also, that presumes to know the minds of the PP participants.  I'm not saying $10 million dollars isn't a lot of money, however, given Galarza & Chell's

April 20th BC keeping cannabis out of hands of certain groups and individuals Hopefully they get BC as the MOU's 1st one... seems likely I suppose.
