I suspect blockstrain will aim to align provincially before federal adoption. The major value with Blockstrain is with regard to Intellectual Property. Well the provincial strategy is what it is BC (25) ONT (62) They have most of the licenses 87/116 so any exports to say Europe your talking about wanting government cooperation i.e. using the same checks and balances regarding software to verify product and eliminate confusion internationally.. which i assume is a consideration. Sept 4 - Oct 17 43 days to go......
