Got this response back from the strategic advisor of Blockstrain today:

1: Update on the release of platform. 
 
I CAN’T COMMENT ON THE EXACT DATE OF THE PRODUCT RELEASE, AS THIS CONSTITUTES A MATERIAL EVENT, AND CANNOT BE RELEASED TO ONE PERSON UNTIL IT IS GENERALLY DISSEMINATED BY PRESS RELEASE AND FILED ON SEDAR. HOWEVER, AS WE RECENTLY ANNOUNCED, PRODUCT RELEASE IS IMMINENT, AND BY IMMINENT, I MEAN VERY, VERY SOON. I AM CURRENTLY HELPING OUR TEAM PUT TOGETHER THE PACKAGE THAT DISCUSSED PRODUCT RELEASE AT THIS TIME, SO DEFINITELY WATCH FOR THAT.
 
I AM PRIVY TO PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ON A DAILY BASIS, AND I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT WHILE I UNDERSTAND THE CONCERN, THERE IS ACTUALLY NO CAUSE FOR CONCERN ON THIS ISSUE. THE PRODUCT IS READY, IT IS ALREADY OPERATING IN BETA MODE AT WEEDMD AND WITH VARIOUS LABS, AND WILL BE DEPLOYED IN SHORT ORDER.


2: Confirmation on agreements with 97/5000 LPs and craft growers
 
WE OPTED TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH WEEDMD, WHO AGREED TO NOT ONLY ADOPT THE SOFTWARE AND PARTICIPATE IN OUR R&D AND IN OUR PRODUCT RELEASE. WE WON’T BE SIGNING CONTRACTS WITH OTHERS UNTIL THE SOFTWARE IS ACTUALLY AVAILABLE, BUT WE DO HAVE COMPANIES IN PLACE THAT ARE FULLY PLANNING TO ADOPT THE PRODUCT. AS NOTED ABOVE, I CAN’T SAY WHO THOSE ARE UNTIL THE INFORMATION IS DISSEMINATED. I WILL SAY, AS A FELLOW INVESTOR, THAT I AM PLEASED WITH THE PROGRESS OF OUR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. 


3: Govt contracts etc
 
I CAN CONFIRM ONLY THAT WE ARE CURRENTLY WORKING ON GOVERNMENT PROJECTS, AND ESPECIALLY ON ONE IN PARTICULAR WHERE THE GOVERNMENT IN QUESTION IS FURTHER AHEAD IN TERMS OF IDENTIFYING THE NEED FOR TRACK AND TRACE TECHNOLOGY. THAT SAID, THE RELEASE I REFER TO DID NOT MENTION THE GOVERNMENTAL BODY, AS WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE THAT PUBLIC. THE BID PROCESS IS CONTINUING, AND WE ARE OPTIMISTIC THAT GOVERNMENTAL CONTRACTS WILL FORM A SIGNIFICANT SHARE OF OUR REVENUE BY 2020.

BFT.... (Bout f****** time) I trust what they are telling you. IMO they are just responsible operators and do not want to press release information that is speculative. I really believe we will all be rich because of this. I had the same feeling about Tweed when I bought 6 years ago but unfortunately I sold them....

Disagree.  I suggest that a Blockstrain news/software release today would get lost in the mayhem.  Everyone is focused on their own $, not forward looking platforms.  It doesn't take much reading on the management team to see that this isn't their first IPO rodeo... and PR has been handled without any puff pieces.  Timing is critical for Blockstrain right now, imo.

I agree. A competent team does not need to boast what they have with constant press releases. I know on my heart they are considering the stock price and waiting for the right time to spread the news.

well all the significant financing including options is at .30c   technicals are good right now.. just need that NR that spier has fulfilled the mou.. there are many irons imo that have not been made official (my dd) previous posts around Tim Harvey and Dr.Conte reveal interesting connections to BC Genetics (strain library) and Cannametrics app. It's a combination that could be a

Agree @Laser.  Their website press release today includes "inform customers of a product's effects"... which is Gina Conte's expertise and foundation of the Cannametrics platform she co-created.  This news is an advancement from previous Blockstrain announcements.

How do you this is all smoke. I agree that they should have released the deals but without the release of software how can they relase the contarcts. Anyway the coming NR (expecting early next week) will be imporatnat and will see what they have in pipeline.

No volumes: seems that everyone is on the sideline waiting for NR... So depending on the NR, we're going to be high (pun intended) or burned! Hopefully high instead! Good luck! ;-)

I agree, theres no reason to hold the platform, gov't contract or anything past early next week. A nice 4-6 week run here.. going into holidays would be fantastic..  #PUTUPorSHUTUP
