OK, Any Good Thoughts on Why this Keeps Dropping

Will it go to a Penny and should I wait until 2,3, CENTS ??

Please I know ALL about the finacials, dilution, sales teams, etc, BUT Many
companies are at least trading Much higher than this with even LESS than
what trutrace has.

This could be the Greatest buy Ever, or just another broken start up.

Please don't post BS about how great the company is, I am looking for some
great insights on the technology, markets, management team, etc

I own a ton of shares now, but just shaking my head, wouldn't you think
mr hollywood would have had a news conference on the JV, where did he go?
