I am looking to get back in, my Sic jump for the great assays didn't materialize. One thing that puzzles me was the need to hire this Kabongo guy. Did they run into a government snag with licences and regulations? Or just late preparations. I would have thought that they would have already had a government liaison onboard. Thoughts?

.....tailings to be between 60Mt to 80Mt......... In the current presentation then only 40Mt - 50M ...... is getting less and less .... at the end 30Mt-40 ....... 10Mt-20 ....... sometime 0-10Mt ..... sometime it is not worthwhile, the project is then written off. ...
