PER 13698 grants exclusive rights to mine the tailings of the historical Manono-Kitotolo mine for lithium, tin and tantalum

But how do you get the tailings? Does AVZ allow this to go over its property, is this authorization included in the license? There is a problem, otherwise we would have drilled long ago in 2019 and also long ago in February 2021. It keeps getting delayed, why ? Rain is not a reason after all, because AVZ drills throughout!

There certainly was a legal battle in 2019 between Avz and TTx. My understanding is that the new management got things ironed out. Don't know for certain.

I agree with you Sylt, something must be amiss. Any have drills parked not working, thats a waste of money. Also why was Kabongo hired now and not previously prior to obtaining the drilling crews? Probably just a hiccup but could be either a problem or an opportunity to get back in lower. Patience works both ways when trading, buying and selling. No one buys shares to take them to their grave

Since drilling is not starting now in February, even though all drills are on site, it should now be clear that there is a lack of a license or clearance to drill from the local authorities. Something strange, TTX owns it but may not enter. A bit strange.
