they claim they have the MOU with - Ximei Resources - and go to their "News" section - there is zero mention whatsoever of any amazing deal to build a brand new, first ever tantalum refinery in the Congo. Seems it might be kind of, I dunno, a big deal for a company specializing in tantalum like they do?!?!?! ...

I'm sure they'll get right on that any day now ... LOL
