If they had even bee just good enough to be considered "Material Information" they would have HAD to release them.  Gosh, can you think of why they did NOT release them?!?!  Notice they haven't bothered to update you on the status of the assays - that makes perfect sense - if they ALREADY HAVE THEM!!!
