momentous occasion - beginning construction of a brand new processing plant on their flagship play in the Congo - didn't even warrant a NR, not even one. single. photo of the construction going on?  I guess we'll see what Director Yves K (TinTaLi) has to say about it.  It would be pretty nasty if investors  were believing actual construction was taking place and in fact it wasn't, the plant parts were just sitting gathering dust somewhere.  Even Gimme would have to agree with that ... right?

Your candid response is appreciated. I think the public record isn't entirely clear. You have stated the parts for the plant are now on site In manomo. The assumption then is that assembly and debug is now going on. A news release attesting this would help. Clear communication builds trust.  What sort of security deployment do you have for this plant? Also, for your drilling crews
