Notice I never even mentioned the missing processing plant? the one you website claims has been under construction "on site" for many months now? You realize you are up to 7 or 8 post now where every single time you have

Another lame dodge my friend.  Its your investors you aren't answering to, I'm just the guy that pointed out the company has some serious issues. To be honest, I can't blame you for evading and falling back on the equally lame "Wait and see" mantra, every week that goes by and no response from company looks worse and worse.

It's really unusual for a company officer or board member to make comments on public bull boards at all. Obviously he has to be careful with what he says. Tin is in a grey area IMHO. Conflicts of interest are an issue once a line is crossed.

Don't forget when he started posting here he never announced he was a TTX Director, he was acting like a regular poster. It was only when he was exposed that it came to light.  Nothing grey about that...

It's highly unethical that he posts here at all. In my opinion. And I don't like the smell of the "news letter" approach they are taking. Its a weird approach. My understanding is all official releases need to be filed and published with the SEC.

News letters are a communications to existing investors - the converted.  To imply effort to inform. Information can be too peripheral and conjecture. What everyone wants is clarification of day-to-day progess and results.  The nitty gritty. IM experience - we ask for better information - we get newsletters and remain in the fog.!

KozD new to this board so can only ask questions not comment as yet! I am not sure it is an issue as to whether he discloses he is on the board as long as he is posting under his real name vs a board name. Did he use his real name?
