EU Will Not Observe DRC Elections

They cite security concerns and will not abide. This should give TTX investors an alarm bell to think about. The country isn't safe and past elections have been a sham. The region this company operates has seen instability in the past, with rebel groups teaming the countryside. The war in the eastern part of the country is a flash point. TTX may face Force majeure
