If TTX is a Lithium Play

Lithium prices are up slightly. Futures up a small amount, but the general trend has been down. Lithium price is down 80 percent over a year. Is TTX a lithium play or a tin/tantalum company? Tin plant won't be producing and selling anytime soon. Lithium prospect needs much more work.
