Huge Dilution

Ouch. I don't really watch this stock anymore. It's shocking to see such a huge raise at this price. Many juniors are struggling. Resource stonks are all way down. TTX is heading into reverse split territory.

The sad part is that it wasn't even a financing "raise" as you said ... that massive dilution was just to pay off debt to another failed microcap company that, get this, was delisted back at the end of 2022.  And an additional 2.2 million shares were to pay off completely useless "consulting services rendered by a capital markets consultant" ... whatever that ...more
