Is TTX Tantalum Conflict Free?

TTX has not told the public why it only says it shipped tin. They do not mention.tantalum, which is a conflict mineral. Perhaps they could not prove the supply chain used was exploitation free. Under Frank Dodd a company must prove a resource being exported is conflict free. Why hasn't TTX told the market what happened to the tantalum it says it produced. Where is it now?
