Proxy War DRC and Rwanda

Rwanda has been supporting M23s fight against the DRC for quite some time. Rwanda has 4000 soldiers on the ground. They are taking over operations. A proxy war is becoming a war. 

TTX and other players in country operate in a very difficult situation. Force majeure is a real possibility.
