It really is turning into a bit of a mystery

Insider(s) are participating in the PP and are prepared to sell their free trading shares at PP price
Seller’s benefit ... They end up with the $0.15 2 year warrants
Buyers’ benefit ... Shares at PP price and no 4 months hold period.
 
These two groups seem to have reached an understanding / a seemingly mutually beneficial arrangement.
 
Now comes the mystery ... There is one or more sellers seemingly happy to accept less than the PP price. Been in the MC market for a loooong time but this one I simply can’t figure out.
 
Any theories out there?

All I know for sure is there’s a lot of stock going at .09 and I’d gotta go one way or another soon close that PP AND Bring on those revenues
