Confused

Please explain if I am wrong?  This company has a valuation of $4m +/- and was trying to sell all their assets for maybe $400,000 and be done and that deal fell apart because ex employees and suppliers refused to give back technology and or equipment?   Am I missing something?   This should be zero?
