- Strong industry fundamentals that are driving recapitalization of the nuclear energy

- The current uranium bull market

- The under-representation of US based uranium miners across the energy sector (countries like the US are working to ween off imported uranium and foster a domestic supply)

They have a NI 43-101 report planned for the Red Basin project with initial drafts confirming the presence of uranium/vanadium deposits, indicating the potential to become an advanced stage project.

With the non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $445,000 set to close this week, I'm eager to see what the next step is for URM given Red Basin has significant potential as previous studies have estimated a resource between 1.5 and 6.5 MILLION pounds U3O8
