Constantine's share price not reflecting acquistion?
I think this was a great pick up by American Pacific. The only thing that I can't figure out is Constantine's current share price. Did the announcement not state that Constantine would receive .881 of every American Pacific share and that it would receive a 48.6% premium over the last 20 VWAP?
Since APM"s share price is currently 0.54 CAD, that would imply Constantine's value would be ~0.47/sh. Am I missing something? At the very least, shouldn't Constantine's share price be 0.43 CAD?
