After crossing above the 50 MA, hopes are high that Kraken Energy (CSE: UUSA) shares will be able to break through resistance at $.98 as they encounter a retest.
On this recent rebound from lows @ $.675, shares have recovered 45% and are currently vying for a push past resistance levels. Recent high anomalous volume indicates that SP will continue on this push and continue on a bullish trajectory to test historic resistance at ~$1.355.
Recent surveying identified anomalous radon trends at the company’s Apex Project, which has made management hopeful ahead of the first drill campaign to be conducted at the property.
It’ll be worthwhile to keep an eye out for updates from UUSA here, as there is a lot of pressure building for a big jump in SP. UAV magnetic and radiometric surveying are expected to be completed soon, so we should hear updates on this in the near future. Following that, updates on drilling plans will be the next catalyst to watch for.
UUSA.c is currently trading at $.98, valued at $53.11 million.
