UUSA.c CEO on the company's new uranium property

The urgency to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and address climate change is leading the US government to seek alternatives to fossil fuels. While solar, wind, and hydro are being utilized, there is growing recognition that they may not be sufficient to meet energy demands. As a result, nuclear power is gaining attention as a viable solution. Kraken Energy Corp., trading as UUSA.c or UUSAF for US investors, aims to establish itself as a prominent uranium producer within the United States. The company possesses three previously operational properties, namely the Apex, Garfield Hills, and Huber Hills projects, located in the highly regarded jurisdiction of Nevada.

In addition to its existing projects, UUSA recently secured an option agreement to acquire up to a 75% stake in the Harts Point Uranium Property. This strategic move further strengthens UUSA's position as a potential domestic uranium producer.

UUSA's CEO Matt Schwab recently shared details about the Harts Point Property in an interview with Peter Grandich. Watch here:

He explains that Harts Point is situated in the Colorado Plateau, which since the 1950's has produced 330M lbs of U3O8. 80M lbs of this was produced from the Lisbon Valley Anticline which is only 30km to the East of Harts Point while 280k lbs were produced just 11km from the property. This historical production was at a grade of about 0.2-0.4% U3O8.

Notably, the Harts Point Anticline is a geological analogue to the Lisbon Valley Anticline. The property also has 3 historic oil and gas wells which show off-scale radioactivity.

Harts Point is also only 60 km from the only operating conventional uranium mill in the United States. Great news considering that the company is fully permitted for a 25-hole drill program on the property.

Overall it is very clear that Schwab and UUSA as a whole are very excited about having the option to acquire a majority interested in this promising uranium property. Posted on behalf of Kraken Energy Corp.
