In order for VEGI to step into an agreement with Costco, it would suggest that we have satisfied our former production inadequacies to exisiting customers and are ready to plow full steam ahead into the big box stores. Normally I put about a 10% confidence in rumors, however yours sounds to have some degree of authenticity.
