VCAN conversion question

Can someone enlighten me on the conversion numbers for a former VCAN shareholder? 

I was under the impression I was getting 1 Vibe share for 12 VCAN shares, but have received less than that in the amount that finally appeared in my TDW brokerage account.  

In addition, 1 Vibe warrant for 31 VCAN shares, but less than that also appeared in my account.

Anyone else experiencing this?  More of a curiosity thing as my invested amount was never too high, but I'd like to know where these numbers come from?  Thoughts?

 Check out iscfa posts on VCAN aboard for the numbers....you are seeing only the first tranche of shares and warrants...more to come.
