Worse than I thought

A deeper dive into the numbers is scary.

This should have been our strongest quarter of the year (based on previous seasonality). Instead, we dropped hard in the dispensaries. This means we're losing market share in our biggest stores that should be bringing in more money. It also assumes NO growth in Palm Springs and Portland.

I would really like more transparency for each location's revenues, but I doubt that is forthcoming.

Taxes owed is also terrifying. No wonder they needed to get a private placement at such a low valuation. They deperately needed cash. We had plenty, but tied up too much in the damned cultivation facility. Just stupid. Now, we barely have enough to eek through Q4. So much for having cash on hand to pounce on attractive retail opportunities.

By the way, seasonally, Q4 goes way down in dispensary sales. Get ready for UGLY numbers in the New Year.

Management needs to get out and start giving some updates. I can easily see a bigger fish come in and buy us out for peanuts.

Happy I didn't investy too deeply in this one. Risk-reward was attractive, but things are certainly turning.

Craptor! Get lost cockroach, trying to scare folks out of their shares near the bottom so you can gobble them up! Garbage like you pretending to be concerned three weeks after an earnings report release! you're a cowardly weasel! Which alias are you! All cannabis stocks are in the tank!

Uhh... what? I certainly am concerned about earnings, as I am a shareholder (as are you, I assume). I'm not trying to 'scare' anyone about anything. What I am doing is raising legitimate concerns that have arisen about a company that I am invested in. That you don't have any counter-arguments to refute what I've said says more about you than it does about me. Quick question ...more

Cooper’s financial estimates show a company well positioned to continue growing, as he projects VIBE to reach $36.6 million in revenue for 2021, a projected 51.2 per cent year-over-year increase from 2020, before jumping up to a projected $55.4 million in 2022 for a projected 51.3 per cent year-over-year increase. After reporting a 10.7 per cent margin in 2020, Cooper projects VIBE’s adjusted ...more

I appreciate that we have a dialogue going here! As much as I would love for Beacon's price target to be achieved, we need to be realistic here. Keep in mind, Cooper works for Beacon, which underwrote the private placement at $0.82. It's obvious that they followed that up with an analysis resulting in a pie-in-the-sky valuation. This being said, now that we have 3 quarters of financials ...more

Raptor - I share your concerns.  Ukiah & Salinas are now materially delayed relative to management's guidance, and the placement at year lows came out of nowhere.  At least there weren't a bunch of warrants and fees attached. Does anyone actually pay attention to Beacon's "research"?
