2 or 3 more stores in 2022 a tough environmen is good for picking up stores in distress cheap. all we need now is a little help from the federal government with some tax laws and legalization. more stores more revenue higher stock price. and more money  when we get taken out.

It doesn't bode well for management's M&A acumen that they just wrote off almost all of their last acquisition, made one year ago in May 2021, and paid a related legal settlement.  Revenues from May-Dec at this dispensary were arround $330k... and loss was roughly the same.   The old "spending $2 to make $1" trick.   Why is Salinas opening now ...more

Thank you for posting something thoughtful and informed. I, too agree with your concern about their ability to identify further expansion. Any increase in Q1 will likely come from our newest dispensaries. Historically, the established ones haven't shown a huge spike from Q4 to Q1 (spikes seem to come later in the year), though if there is a general market turnaround, it would really help.
