this is tanking today because Pfizer is saying their vaccine is proven safe and effective. When the vaccine gets market authorization, the need for these tests will greatly diminish

in my opinion it will take few years to get the vaccine to everyone as of now we have product and distribution contracts on the way, so VST will get paid for it

agreed but the sales deals are all tied to HC approval which seems less likely every day

I really wanna believe that since I'm already losing so much money on this thing. But their sales orders are tied to HC approval. Also if the vaccine becomes legit as soon as they suspect there will be a lot less demand for testing so the other approvals won't mean much

Ok, I see your point , however about the Vaccine , not so fast it will take time , We still need to mention that this vaccine need to be refrigerated in minus 70 Celsius, and you need two dosages, It looks like the distribution of it will be the big issue here for now.

All things said it made for a ugly day here. Testing still required granted not at same levels. We all knew at some point a vaccine would be developed. What changed?

what changed is that it came a lot sooner than anticipated and will essentially eliminate the need for testing a lot sooner than expected

Experts said 1 year minimum for vaccine in March and majority of doses will be in 2021 so really not that early. I am not about to argue with you just said rough day but I still see need for testing. Obviously you will invest as you see fit and nobody can disagree with you on that. Best of luck.

I wasn't trying to argue! I agree that there will still be a need for testing for the near future. But anyways VST has other business ventures even if it doesn't seem like the COVID one is working out

Gotcha. You said essentially eliminate the need for testing a lot sooner than expected which I have a different view on that. Not much has changed for me on the Covid side. Yes they sure do have a great portfolio.

At 40 cents the SP has already priced no test kit sales. Long term is up, not sure what the trend will reveal in time. I am fan of the AI holding as well
