Where does it say we get GameOn Shares?

I have been building up a nice play of VST starting a few months ago at 42 cents.  I subscribe to their newsletters sent by email and have been reading whatever the company releases.  But I have not seen anywhere stated that VST shareholders will be rewarded with free shares of GameOn., maybe I am missing something.  Can someone enlighten me exactly the source of this information?  Its just not really clear if we get GameOn shares to me.  Thanks guys, Cheers Charlie.

free shares NO. chance for involvement in PP, yes, 35 cent share min 9975$ one half of one warrant  for .52 i never heard nothing of free shares.

I don't really know but I am going to call this a rumour. It may or may not happen. But I do know this came about during an interview with The  President of VST  onAgoracom back on Feb 16 I think it was. He talked about giving investors a dividend of GameOn. I thought he was talking a " cash" dividend which made zero sense to me because companies starting out have no money

You're right beenthere.. there is NO reference to GameOn but a general comment about "stock share" dividends in general... I think the president said he would like to do a number of spin outs but nothing was in stone yet.. I do recall he was saying something to the effect that at some point this year though... best to review the Agoracom interview for accurate details..

Its a stock spin out... you are going to get your shares.  Until they have all the details in we do not know.  I'm hoping for a 1 for 1 share dividend but that would be best case scenario. Even 2 for 1 would be ok... anything less becomes minimal.  To VST shareholders.... although I am excited about GAME ON and believe this is most likely underpriced as per FANS.

I noticed there is only half a warrant on that financing.  Its been a long time since I've seen half a warrrant.  Usually everyone gets a full warrant these days. That shows some belief and control over what they want to do.

evilballs, I think you are way off when it comes to the "stock" dividend saying 1 for 1 or 1 for 2.  Just think about it a minute just how many shares that would add to GameOn and how much it would be giving VST shareholders! It's like getting Into the IPO for free! lol Sorry but no way that is going to happen. Never been involved with such a thing so I don't have a

You fellas need to listen to the Agoracom interview posted here a few days back.. its all spelt out for you.. it is NOT a dividend of VST or GameOn... lets get that straight first... its the potential "share dividend" of the new companies they plan to spin out and take public in the future.. they have 4-5 that they plan to spin out this year I believe.. not saying this will be the

Yes I know that beenthere.. but you didn't completely explain the rest of the story..  I've had 3 companies in the past spin off shares in a new company and in most cases its a 1 for 1 offering or sometimes a 1 for 2.. but the ratio can vary...  I've had 2 done at 1 for 1... and one done at 1 for 10 but that was after share consolidation of 10 for 1 so in reality it still was

I said  I know nothing about spinning off a company. Never been so lucky to experience one of those! lol Could you give me an example of such a company/transaction so I could see for myself. I believe I still don't understand what goes on. IF VST had done it with GameOn using your 1 for 1 example to me it looks like they would of gave out approx. 76 492 000 shares of GameOn to the

Patient Home Monitoring (PHM) spun out Viemed (VMD) early 2018 in a seperate company...after a 1 for 10 share consolidation VMD started to trade on its own.. that's the most recent example I have..  Canacol Energy spun out a company as well but I just can't remember the name of it as I sold it shortly after receiving the shares as a divi.. Also had a platinum company that did the same
