Share price .23 earnings .12, PE 1.9.  Is the earnings based on a one time event?

I am as confused at the share price being soo low. Managemnt has to do a better job at getting institutional investors onboard to get the share price mobing up. Hopefully the 2021 year end resuts will be good to get the Share price to move north. GLTA

He mentioned this is a new interviews, almost all instututional can't buy on such a small exchange according to most of their charters. I would hope once they hit tsx (or if they can't make that tsx-v). SP has been insanley low.
