I believe the options was released in one of their press releases that they could issue 10%, so that should not be a surprise to anyone. They can be issued to employees advisors etc. I believe the actual number of options is 18M approximately not 20M The strike price at .10 cents is good as it creates the floor. The people issued the options will not exercise now they will wait until .30 or .40 ...more
