Does anyone know when SCRN has to report the quarter?, it is new under the regulations of a public company but they were doing business before that I wonder if they have to report even if they were not listed at the time. 

it seems the only news that will make the stock to move up is a lot of revenue.

@FV, I picked the following schedule from a poster on the DM board, a short while back, which goves filing timelines for TSX venture and non-venture businesses. Given SCRN only started trading in this year's Q1, I'm not sure what their year-end date is but, assuming it's Dec 31st, this would mean that Q1 results should be filed NLT May 31st. Thanks so much, still we are kind of in the dark, for the moment we will have to wait and see, I hope management give some revenue updates from time to time. FV On a side note price of SCRN it is ridiculous right now, I picked up an extra 200 K shares the last 2 days (I could not helped) but now I am way too invested here.

Deadline for audited fins is April 30.       Fiscal Year 2.7 The fiscal year end of Amalco shall be December 31 of each calendar year.
