The problem is not the penny flippers, they will buy giving support to the stock, they will sell make profit and leave if the stock continues up trend they will get back in again at higher if they want giving support at a higher level.  problem is the shorters they can place huge walls at a level or feed the ask and make the buyers get scared, some trading days ago they placed  5

Also if shorters becomes buyers they will buy millions between .09-.15 sell over .20 cents they will make way more money than shorting for a couple of cents as long as they have a lot of money. FV
