SCRN will rise again when somebody has accumulated enough shares to let it rise again, who is that somebody? a market maker? an insider? an institution? we will never know unless we are related to them and they trust us enough to share, sometimes they keep a secret even from their spouses and their own flesh and blood...:) I am fully loaded and waiting for that day myself. It is very obvious to a lot of us what is going here . The big boys are simply doing what the heck they feel like , very sad the manipulative actions that are in control of the stock market .They won't let this go until it's bled off as much weak hands as possible. This company is proving that they have very nice profitable numbers , and still this low ...... total manipulation . I will

Just few of the reason why we will have RS soon.  I know management didn't want to proceed but the way market has been recently. It might be the option.. I personally think it's bad option to RS because even after this can tank even more
